Ken and Bubba relaxing

Ken, Bubba and Kreshe relaxing on the Love Seat. Jan actually went to Ken's home and took the photos from which she worked. Bubba is a 102 pound lovebug of a Pit Bull, Kreshe is an extremely senior feline citizen who enjoys napping with his "boys". Ken and his wife Jennifer adopted Bubba from Pittie Love Rescue in Massachusetts. Jan and her husband, Mark, actually adopted their Lola from the same hardworking rescue group!! Small world. Jan created this portrait for her Aunt Patsy. This is Patsy's granddaughter, Ashley, and this small wall hanging will hang in Patsy's office so she can peek at her anytime she wants. Dimensions - 10¼ H X 11¼ W

Susie in Texas also commissioned this large quilt with a portrait of her late brother Randy. This one is for her father. Dimensions - 72" square

Susie in Texas commissioned this quilted pillow with a portrait of her late brother, Randy, on it. She recently lost her brother and is missing him very much. Randy loved the mountains and snow and the forest, so Jan found fabric depicting those things. Dimensions - 18" quilted pillow

Jan made this portrait quilt of Rachael Ray and her beloved Pit Bull, Isaboo, and sent it to Rachael as a gift. Jan is still waiting to hear from Rachael that it has been received, but has faith she will hear soon! Jan used the Broderie Perse technique on this quilt. This is when images imprinted on fabric are cut out and appliquéd to the quilt. Jan did this so the flowers on the borders would not look cut off, so they hang over onto the green background. Dimensions - 27" square

Jan's nephew, Sean, and Melinda.
Jan made this large wall hanging for her nephew, Sean, and his girlfriend, Melinda. They both turn 30 this year and this is her birthday surprise. The outer blocks depict things in their lives. Sean is an actor and stand-up comedian. Mel works in children's television, currently on a fantastic show called Wonder Pets. The logo is the color block. Sean has been doing karate since a little boy, as well as playing the trumpet and rollerblading. Dimensions - 47" wide X 50" high

Jan made these two portraits of the grandmothers of a bride-to-be. These blocks will be incorporated into a large Wedding Quilt being prepared by relatives for the happy couple. Dimensions - 11" square

Jan made this quilted pillow as a surprise Christmas gift for Gina. This is Gina's son, Jason, who was tragically killed in an auto accident in November 2005. Jan wanted Gina to have something to hug when she was missing Jason. He was the light of her life. Dimensions - 20" square quilted pillow

This is also Madison - see below	Jan made a second portrait of her veterinarian's daughter,so he could hang this one in his office. Dimensions: 31" X 33"
	One of Jan's veterinarians asked Jan to make this portrait of his daughter, Madison, as a birthday gift for his wife. Dimensions:  18" W X 23.5" H
	This is a portrait of Jan's niece Emily, which Jan made for her mother's birthday. Dimensions:  22" x 28"
	Amber and her cat, Princess. This quilt, Jan's very first portrait of a person, was a surprise birthday gift to Amber.
