Beth asked Jan to make a baby quilt for her friend Debbie, who is expecting a baby in March 04. Debbie lost her 16 year old dog, Sam (her first baby), in January 04. Sam survived bone cancer and leg amputation at age 10 and went on to share another 6 years with Debbie. She was a very special girl, and missed so much.

Patsy ordered this memorial quilt for a friend. Jimmy died very young, and is very much missed.

Diane and Steve hired Jan to make this portrait of Shiloh for their daughter, Andrine, for Christmas. Andrine works at her local veterinarian's office and wants to become a veterinarian herself! Jan accidentally met Andrine while delivering a portrait of a dog named "Pinky", to one of the veterinarians at the hospital where Andrine works. Small world!

Jan made this mini-portrait of Cate's dog Senghe (and cat, Cupcake - see Cat Portrait page) and appliquéd it onto a Christmas stocking. She also added some 3-D hair to Senghe's portrait and gave him eyes!

Marie commissioned this portrait of Randy as a Christmas gift for her sister Karen. Randy passed away in August 2003, and Karen misses him so much. Jan sewed Randy's actual bandanna onto his portrait as a special memorial.

Teddy's Quilt
Heather commissioned this quilt of Teddy for her daughter, Ashley. Ashley is in school in Montana and is missing her Teddy very much.

Becky in Illinois asked Jan to create this large Quilt Block. Becky and her sister plan to place this block in the center of a large bed quilt they are making to commenorate Becky's black Labrador, Tarmack (Tar) whom she misses very much.
