She now is commissioning 30+ portraits of all her pets and farm animals, past and present, to be put into a large quilt to hang in her living room.
Jan is creating one portrait at a time, and giving them to Carolyn for safekeeping.

Carolyn's soul mate, Olivia, (Irish Wolfhound) died suddenly from complications related to leg amputation after discovering the presence of bone cancer. Olivia was a beautiful dog, inside and out. |

 Mary. Carolyn had to say goodbye to her good friend Mary 6/12/2009. She had been failing for a couple of months. Carolyn will miss her big, beautiful girl so much, as will Sparky, her stable-mate. |

 Scram was a lovely girl that helped Carolyn through some very hard times in her life. Scrammie lived for 15 wonderful years, and will be part of Carolyn's finished large wall quilt. |
